Thinking

A library that begins with three foundation essays.

»Thinking« is the central library of essays, research notes and long-form arguments by Andreas Rieger. It begins deliberately with three foundation essays. New pieces will be added slowly, and only when the argument has earned a permanent place in the library.

A sustained examination.

While many of the ideas explored throughout this library first appeared as essays, Decision Architecture develops them into a sustained examination of how organisations remain capable of making coherent decisions under conditions of technological acceleration.

Decision Architecture

How Organisations Decide in an Age of Technological Acceleration

Decision Architecture explores the organisational conditions under which knowledge becomes coordinated action. Rather than treating artificial intelligence as a technological phenomenon, it examines the structures through which institutions remain capable of judgement while technological capability continues to accelerate.

The publication extends many of the questions introduced throughout the Foundation Essays.
