His practice is deliberately small. A handful of engagements each year, chosen for the quality of the question rather than the size of the budget. The work is quiet and deliberate. It grows out of conversation, careful analysis and written reflection when a thought needs to be held still. It takes as long as the decision at hand requires.

Before gathering his work under his own name, Andreas published much of it through two specialised editorial publications that were earlier homes for his writing and now continue as curated archives. Commerce Guru followed digital commerce, platform strategy and the organisational questions that sit around consequential technology decisions. The Prompt Monk turned to artificial intelligence, executive judgement and the changing relationship between technology and organisational capability. Both continue to provide context and depth within the same body of work. New essays now appear first on this site. Selected pieces are later referenced or republished there.
